All orders are shipped using FedEx through our shipping partner ShipStation.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight and dimensions

• Delivery address

• Selected shipping service

Shipping options and pricing are presented after items are added to your cart and before payment is completed. The shipping method selected at checkout is final once the order is placed.

• Orders are prepared and shipped from our facility once payment is confirmed.

• Seafood products are packaged with insulation and cooling materials to maintain quality during transit.

• Shipping weight includes packaging, insulation, and cooling materials and may be higher than the net product weight listed on the product page.

FedEx determines final shipping charges. In some cases, FedEx may apply post-shipment adjustments due to:

• Dimensional weight

• Address classification (residential, rural, or extended delivery area)

• Fuel or carrier surcharges

• Any adjustments are billed to Bay Crawlers and do not affect the customer.

Once an order is handed off to FedEx:

• Delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.

• Bay Crawlers is not responsible for delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, or other carrier-related disruptions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Correct shipping address is provided at checkout

• Someone is available to receive perishable shipments upon delivery

If your order arrives damaged or compromised:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Photos of the packaging and contents may be required for review

Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.

Once an order is placed:

• Shipping method cannot be changed

• Address changes cannot be guaranteed

• Orders cannot be rerouted
